Macrium Reflect vs Veeam

Veeam is best known as an enterprise backup and replication platform built around virtual machines — VMware and Hyper-V environments primarily, with Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows extending protection to physical machines. Pricing scales per workload/instance, which makes sense for organizations managing dozens or hundreds of VMs, but is a very different cost structure than a simple per-device license.

Macrium Reflect is built the other way around: disk imaging and cloning for individual Windows PCs, workstations, and smaller servers is the core product, with a per-device subscription that's straightforward for a home user or small business to reason about. If you're protecting a handful of physical machines rather than a virtualized data center, Macrium Reflect is generally the simpler, more directly applicable tool.
